Our leaves are real palm leaves from real palm trees and therefore a natural product.
On the market for decorative palm leaves you can find mostly artificial leaves. With our leaves you avoid plastic as well as the energy used for their production.
Our palm leaves are actually a waste product. Dried out leaves sink to the ground and eventually break off. Only the lowest part of the dried out leaves forms the trunk over the years. The naturally broken off palm leaves are further refined by us: they are dried again until all liquid is removed from them and they dry out. Then they are preserved with natural substances and thus finally made them durable. They are then also naturally coloured green again.
The palm leaves in the length of 1,20m are the base of our palm trees. For the crown of an Areca Palm you need about 32 leaves. The smaller Phoenix Palm looks best with 20-22 of them.
The palm leaves can be used outdoors, but depending on the weather they have a much shorter shelf life.
Our real palm leaves have become a popular and versatile decoration idea for bar roofs, walls, catering buffets, stages, exhibition stands and living areas.
We do not know anybody who does not associate anything positive with palm leaves...
Conservation advice
The palm fronds are dried and preserved with natural, harmless essences such as latex extract, glycerine and vinegar. Allergy sufferers could react to the substances mentioned - but we are not aware of one case of this so far. An initial smell will disappear within a few days, depending on room climate and ventilation.
