With the payment method "prepayment", we send the goods after your payment has been credited to our account or you have provided us with a credible payment receipt.

2. cash on delivery

In the case of cash on delivery, the supplier of our goods is responsible for receiving the purchase sum on delivery of the goods and issuing a receipt for it. So please have the agreed amount in cash on the day of delivery.

If you choose the payment method "cash on delivery" our parcel service charges a COD fee of 6.50 EUR, which we have to charge you additionally. This fee will be listed separately on the invoice and will already be communicated to you in our confirmation e-mail before conclusion of the contract.
