Shipping to Switzerland
(Tax-free, franking 20)
Deliveries to Switzerland will be carried out after postage paid 20, i.e. you may still pay customs charges for import into Switzerland.
Please enquire about these costs at your customs office, as we do not charge or list these costs.
Delivery time / deadline
Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise stated on the item, we deliver within Germany within 3 to 4 working days, subject to stock. The delivery time abroad is up to 7 working days. This varies greatly depending on the country of destination - please call us for details. The delivery period for advance payment methods begins after receipt of payment on our account or proof of payment confirmation. For other payment methods (e.g. cash on delivery), the delivery period begins after acceptance of the order by us. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays, the delivery period is extended accordingly.
Delivery service
As a rule, we commission the delivery service GLS with the dispatch. However, we reserve the right to change the delivery service.Should your delivery require a forwarding agent, we will inform you of this in good time.
Delivery and installation by Palmen24.de
Within Germany we deliver our palm trees to your home on request and set them up immediately.
In Berlin and the surrounding area, we charge a delivery and installation fee of €47.60 per palm tree for this full service.
To find out the costs for delivery and assembly for purchase or rent in other federal states, please call us and we will agree on a fixed price.
If you would like to have the installation and delivery, please indicate this in the comments field, including the desired date and a callback number, and we will contact you immediately and inform you of the exact extra costs for the installation (our system does not automatically calculate these).
